Greenviews Resort is at the end of a long stretch of the beach on the eastern edge of the bay in an idyllic location with its traditional cottages with clean bathrooms and beautifully landscaped grounds.
It has simple rustic cottages designed to blend with the serene and lush green mountain forest protecting Port Barton's white sand beaches and its bay containing many islands and reefs.

The cottages have had new bathroom suites including hot showers , new bigger windows and refurbished to a high standard.
There are nine fan cottages for two, one fan cottage for three, two fan family cottages and two semi-detached family cottages.
All have a balcony with one cottage for two and the cottage for three being at the front overlooking the beach.
However, because it has a relatively wide frontage most of the cottages for two also have a good view of the sea.
The family cottages are nearer the back but can still see the sea in the background from their balconies. The semi-detached family cottages are at the back and their main view is the garden rather than the sea
