A sample itinerary for your stay with us at Greenviews

2 Arrive pm Manila. Met by Greenview's Manila representative at airport, taken to hotel. Dinner in nearby restaurant - Singing Cooks and Waiters. Weather permitting, an after dinner walk along the Bay Walk for a drink and to listen to the free musical entertainment on offer there. A guide will be available should anybody wish to sample the night life.

3 Early morning breakfast in hotel. Taken to Domestic airport immediately afterwards. After 55 min's flight arrive at Puerto Princesa, taken to hotel and take a quick lunch snack. Afternoon city tour including crocodile farm and butterfly garden. Dinner in evening at a local restaurant.

4 Breakfast in hotel. Chance to see the local Sunday market plus other shops and local sights before departure in a private van to Port Barton.

Journey time around 3 hours plus a stop around halfway for packed lunch and a brief look at the surrounding flora and fauna. On arrival at Greenviews a chance to have a short stroll around the resort before dinner. Dinner in the GV restaurant. Evening at leisure.

5 Breakfast, lunch & dinner at GV. Walking around Port Barton with a trip to a waterfall.

6 Breakfast, lunch & dinner at GV. Early morning mangrove river trip. Afternoon either on a boat trip or walk around Port Barton.

7 Very early breakfast at GV for a pre-dawn 3 hour (each way) boat trip to the Underground River. Packed lunch alongside monkeys and giant monitor lizards! Not to be missed! Dinner at GV.

8 Breakfast at GV, island hopping with swimming and snorkeling to see beautiful coral etc. BBQ lunch on an island. Dinner at GV.

9 Early breakfast at GV. Jeepney trip to surrounding countryside with packed lunch. May also see locals making hammocks. Dinner at GV.

10 Very early breakfast at GV for a pre-dawn 5 hours (each way) boat trip to El Nido. A stop on an island for a packed lunch. Dinner and overnight stop at Greenviews Resort, Corong-Corong, El Nido.

11 Exploring Bacuit Archipelago or the land area around El Nido.

14 Breakfast at El Nido resort, quick look around El Nido before boat departure back to GV. Lunch on a different island. Dinner at GV..

15 Breakfast and lunch at Greenviews, Port Barton with guest choosing what to do. Afternoon, take private van to hotel in Puerto Princesa. Dinner in restaurant.

16 Breakfast in hotel. Depart for airport at 9.45am for flight to Manila, where met by Greenviews representative and taken to Manila hotel. Lunch and dinner in Manila with afternoon trip around Manila and an evening walk along Bay Walk to enjoy the free musical entertainment etc.

1. The above is a sample of a possible itinerary. Although most activities described above are expected to be on offer, the order in which they are carried out may change.
2. Apart from trips to the Underground River and El Nido, which must be taken when offered, the itinerary is flexible. Thus, if an individual wishes to do something different from their partner or the group in general, a guide will be provided for that activity without any additional charge.
3. A new Greenviews resort at Corong-Corong, El Nido, will be in operation by 2007. This will give an even bigger programme of water activities and a suitable revised or alternative itinerary will be on offer.
4. At a later date we may offer trips to our property in South Palawan with guided tours to see the local aboriginal people.
5. Whilst at GV in Port Barton a Mercury Vapour light can be made available for entomologists.
6. We normally attempt to arrange for local children to dress in national costume and dance some national dances, etc., in the GV restaurant after dinner on two nights.
7. Sometimes it may be possible to arrange for a local singer to sing in the restaurant after dinner.
8. Horse riding around Puerto can be arranged if there is sufficient interest.
9. Fishing trips or diving trips can be arranged.
10. Some airlines depart late in the evening in which case the overnight stay in Manila is no longer necessary.
